CALL FOR PAPERS

RUN Journal of Cultural Studies is an annual peer-reviewed journal of Redeemer’s University College of Humanities. The journal is annual and publishes well-researched articles in the humanities. RUN Journal encourages essays in literary and performance criticism, history, philosophy, and religion with cultural flavour. Essays must adopt the MLA 7 referencing style; 200 words abstract or less. A completed paper must not exceed 6000 words (including graphs, tables, plates, notes and works cited). Font type: Times New Roman, point 12. Papers may be submitted any time of the year. However, production date is first quarter of every year. 

The RUN Journal of Culture welcomes well researched articles On Language, Theatre (including performance), Film, History, Religion, Philosophy and Cultural in its next edition of Vol. 3 due to be published in the first quarter of the year. Papers must not have been published in any other journal. Style: The United Kingdom (UK) spelling is preferred. Title of plays and books should be in italics, while title of articles should be in double quotation marks (“…”). References: The MLA 7th Edition is preferred for this volume both in the in-text and at the end of the article. All references should be listed at the end of the article as Works Cited as follows: (i) Surname, First Name. “Title of work” (ed/eds if applicable), Place of Publication: Publisher, Date. (ii) Surname, First Name. “Title of article” Name of Journal, Vol. No. (year). Page range of article. Copyrights: Contributors are advised to ensure that all photographs, tables and illustrations (if not original) should obtain the permission of copyright holders of material used. Submissions: All submissions should be accompanied by a brief biographical profile. Contributors are advised to keep a copy articles sent in case of loss in transit.
